Recall Governor Bob Ferguson
Join the grassroots effort to recall Governor Bob Ferguson and hold our state's leadership accountable to the people of Washington. Our government must serve We The People, not the political elite. This campaign is currently in the planning stage.
End Sanctuary State Initiative
This initiative will require state agencies, including law enforcement, to fully cooperate with federal immigration authorities. It's time to end Washington's sanctuary state policies and restore law and order.
End Sanctuary State
Hold your representatives accountable
These are your state representatives that voted to make Washington a sanctuary state. To be clear they voted to handcuff law enforcement so that ILLEGAL ALIENS could run free without fear of accountability for their crimes.

How to Recall an Elected Public Officer
A clear overview of the legal process under RCW 29A.56 in Washington State
The Recall Process at a Glance
- Filing the Charges (RCW 29A.56.1110) — A legal voter submits a typewritten charge alleging malfeasance, misfeasance, or violation of the oath of office with specific details, signed and verified under oath.
- Court Review (RCW 29A.56.1140) — Within 15 days of filing, the Superior Court determines whether the charges are legally sufficient and approves the ballot synopsis.
- Signature Requirement (RCW 29A.56.1180) — If the court approves, supporters may begin collecting signatures equal to 25% of the total votes cast for that office.
- Signature Verification (RCW 29A.56.1510) — The county auditor has up to 270 days to verify signatures and certify whether the petition meets the threshold.
- Election Outcome (RCW 29A.56.260) — If a majority of voters vote "yes," the officer is removed from office immediately and the office becomes vacant.
For the governor specifically, Article III, §10 of the Washington Constitution states that the Lieutenant Governor would assume office.
